HoiPlayer native playback notices

This application uses mpv, FFmpeg and the native components listed in LICENSE-INDEX.json.
The actual default mpv binary is built in LGPL mode. Its embedded FFmpeg libraries
report LGPL version 3 or later. The separate audio JNI decoder is built from the
exact FFmpeg n6.0 and official AndroidX Media3 source commits recorded with this
release, with all ten audio decoders retained and GPL/nonfree options disabled.
FFmpeg's audio-only build uses LGPL version 2.1 or later; the JNI wrapper is Apache-2.0.
The media-kit wrapper/build-recipe MIT license does not replace these native licenses.

The respective upstream authors retain their copyright. Verbatim license texts and
copyright notices are included here; source headers and any additional notices are
retained in the accompanying exact-commit source archives. The FreeType portion is
used under the FreeType Project License. Portions of this software are copyright

instructions to rebuild/relink interface-compatible libraries are available at:

The application license does not restrict the rights granted by those open-source
licenses, including permitted modification, replacement, relinking and debugging
of the covered libraries. No HoiPlayer private signing key is required to rebuild
or install a modified APK under your own Android signing identity. See RELINKING.md
in the source bundle for the normal Android signing/installation steps and the
effect of a different signing identity on Android's app data/device-ID scope.

This notice concerns software copyright licenses. It does not grant content rights
or make a blanket claim about codec patents or legal permission in every country.
